The six main organs in Pathogenic, in progression order, with only mechanics confirmed by official achievements and developer updates.

    Skin

    The first main region; Steam lists a boss-clear achievement.

  2. Region 2

    Intestine

    Its February 12 demo update described Intestinal Villi that slow the Pathogen.

  3. Region 3

    Stomach

    One of the six main regions with its own boss achievement.

  4. Region 4

    Liver

    Its April 16 demo update introduced T Cells, B Cells and Dendritic Cells.

  5. Region 5

    Lung

    The May 28 developer preview documented airflow-based hazards and attacks.

  6. Region 6

    Heart

    The sixth main region and the target of multiple run-clear achievements.

Brain is secret content and is not counted among the six main progression regions. Official achievements confirm its name but hide its entrance requirement.
