Spoiler-light progression
Pathogenic Body Regions
The six main organs in Pathogenic, in progression order, with only mechanics confirmed by official achievements and developer updates.
Read the route as a changing test
The six regions are listed in progression order, but the useful question is what each region asks the build to prove. Early rooms expose a broken chain; later organs punish weak movement, routing or single-target damage.
Room layouts and rewards can vary between runs. Use the map and room indicators, preserve a working core before entering a boss route, and treat the Brain as separate secret content rather than a seventh main organ.
- Skin: validate that the main attack, power source and movement plan work together.
- Intestine and Stomach: protect health and routing choices before spending on optional rewards.
- Liver and Lung: keep enough range, movement and field awareness for stronger enemy mixes and airflow hazards.
- Heart: bring a repeatable single-target answer; clearing ordinary rooms is not the same test as clearing the boss.
